As an Onboarding Specialist, you will engineer success at the forefront of our training initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, conducting, and supporting training programs for new hires. Not only will you play a pivotal role in welcoming and integrating new employees into our company culture, but you will also provide ongoing support to existing staff, assisting them in developing new skills and addressing any areas of improvement. Your dedication to ensuring the success and growth of our team members will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Company.

To excel as an Onboarding Specialist, you must possess a diverse skill set essential for success in this role. Strong organizational skills will be crucial as you manage training programs and schedules efficiently. Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities are necessary to deliver engaging and informative sessions for new and existing employees. Your attention to detail and accuracy will ensure that training content is precise and effective. Effective communication proficiency is essential for conveying information clearly and building rapport with team members.

Knowledge and skills required for the position: Proficient with Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Basic Knowledge of Federal and State Laws Governing Human Resources Familiarity with a Human Resources Information System Preferred Education and Experience
