The role

We are looking for a Photography Technical Product Specialist to join our Business Development Team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our presence and sales within the North American photography market. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales in North America, you will work remotely and be instrumental in educating and engaging high-level photographers and professional studios.

What you’ll do
Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with industry professionals in North American photography market.
• Educating high-level and professional studio photographers on the comprehensive features and benefits of Capture One software.
• Actively participating in various events throughout North America to bolster sales and marketing initiatives for Capture One.
• Delivering compelling presentations to studios, universities, colleges, museums, and professional photographers, showcasing the value proposition of Capture One.
• Generating detailed reports containing key observations and strategic recommendations for the Capture One team.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional photography experience, with a solid foundation in studio photography.
• Proficiency in Capture One software, with a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
• Exceptional skills in studio, portrait, and product photography, coupled with expertise in creative lighting techniques.
• Confident and articulate public speaking abilities, enabling you to effectively communicate with high-level professionals in the photography industry.
• Excellent team player mentality, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment while collaborating with colleagues.
• Demonstrated experience in project leadership and the ability to work autonomously to achieve objectives.
• Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
