Job Description:

Applicant will be hired to monitor open labs and work with students utilizing the lab. All applicants must be able to communicate with students, work well with faculty and understand the requirements of student assignments and projects. In addition, applicants must have a working knowledge of current industry standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Applicant must have a working knowledge of digital photography, the use of Photoshop, Mac operating system and digital photography printing.

  • Applicant must be able to communicate with students, work well with faculty and understand the requirements of student assignments and projects. In addition have a working knowledge of current industry standards.

  • Applicant must have a working knowledge of digital photography, the use of Photoshop, Mac operating system and digital photography printing.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist students with projects utilizing Photoshop, printer, scanners, and other photo editing software.

Other Characteristics:

  • Applicant must be a good listener, committed to helping aspiring commercial photographers as well as maintain a constant level of professionalism in and outside of the classroom.

Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree or two-year technical certificate

  • 2 years experience in related field of Commercial Photography or Digital Photography.
