Systems Administrator I

INODE is a leading information technology (IT) professional services Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) specializing in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, business intelligence, and data science services for federal, state and local organizations. We are looking for a results-driven Systems Administrator to join our 10-person team to recommend, test, certify, and implement changes as well as new technologies and upgrades, worldwide. This is a salaried position, full-time, onsite at Langley AFB and REQUIRES an active Secret Security Clearance and active CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Job Requirements:

• Has an active DoD Secret or higher Clearance
• Has an Active CompTIA Security + Certification w/ Continuing Education (CE) Enrollment
  
• Perform system and system compliance with Technical Orders (TOs) and Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTOs)
• Perform daily server operations, management and maintenance
• Conducts system troubleshooting and general maintenance including backup and restoration tasks
• Reports all issues, problems and faults of the system to the AFNet Response Center (ARC)
• Skills in performing support to a variety of tenants world wide
• Implement and maintain high-availability controller configurations
• Troubleshoot technology issues, using various internal and external resources
• Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for assigned tasks and projects
• Follow policies and procedures for change and incident management
• Perform duties onsite for a standard 8hr day shift

Education and Experience:

• 3+ years IT industry experience
• 2+ years systems administration experience necessary
• Experience in enterprise virtualization administration desired
• Working ESXi administration experience a plus
• Working knowledge of storage and backup solutions
• Working knowledge of systems and network technologies
• Back up technology experience a plus
• Experience using Microsoft Windows Server 2019 a plus
• Understanding of Internet Protocol (IP) routing, switching, and the OSI model
• Experience in Government IT systems desired

Salary Band - $64,000 - $74,000
