Resupply Agent
General Description:
Quipt Home Medical is seeking a persuasive and diligent Resupply Agent who will work with our current Sleep Therapy patients to ensure their supplies are delivered promptly. As a Resupply Patient Team Specialist you will be responsible for answering calls and communicating with patients. The Patient Team Specialist is also responsible for coordinating with local Quipt branches and team members to assist in getting our patient their pap supplies in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and who possesses a passion for customer service.
Job Responsibilities and duties include:
· Communicating with patients and doctors' offices
· Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
· Document and report on customer feedback
· Evaluate all received documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained
· Connecting with outside resources to achieve company goals
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:Job Requirements

· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
· Extreme attention to detail is required
· Must possess exceptional communication and customer service skills
· Strong Computer skills; able to multitask between 2 monitors

· Able to pass a background check
Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare environment preferred. Experience with insurance verification, patient intake and customer service required.
Education: 2 year degree preferred, but will consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Respiratory/sleep background a plus, but not required.
