Established marketing agency EmoryDay seeks a seasoned Pay Per Click (PPC) & Social Media Advertising specialist with emphasis on Facebook Advertising to join our team as an hourly, freelance contractor.

The ideal candidate can commit to working a minimum of 25 hours a week, and will lead the planning and implementation of digital media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, and Bing. This role requires a pay per click expert who can deliver positive ROI for multiple campaigns.

This is a 100% remote position.

Experience:

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience managing local, regional and national Pay Per Click (PPC) search campaigns, has expert Facebook Advertising skills, and has extensive experience with keyword & negative keyword research, ad development and bid management. Experience at a formal marketing agency is highly preferred.

All applicants should also have experience with text & display ads on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, and Bing.

Individual Qualifications & Certification on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing is a plus.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of PPC search & Social Media
  • Advanced knowledge of developing & managing ad campaigns on the Google Ads, Bing, Facebook & LinkedIN platforms
  • Campaigns Optimization to get best ROI (optimization of keywords, ads, bids, and other settings)
  • Ability to reduce Cost-Per-Click
  • Ad Optimization
  • In-Depth Keyword analysis/ability to identify effective keywords
  • Negative Keywords Insertion at Ad Groups & Campaign Level
  • Daily Monitoring & Tracking (Conversion Tracking, Analytics etc..)
  • Apply all best practices to achieve the highest conversion ratio
  • Support through email, phone, and instant messenger
  • Ability to lead paid advertising strategy discussions with clients on weekly calls
  • Command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Applicants should be prepared to provide references upon requests as well as results from successful campaigns


Responsibilities:

  • Work a minimum of 25 hours a week; Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
  • Develop campaigns per the direction of the assigned Account Manager and the Sr. Advertising Specialists (your direct report)
  • Consistently maximizes the return on the client's budget in PPC
  • Participate in weekly internal strategy calls with assigned Account Managers
  • Lead strategy calls with clients on weekly basis (must be comfortable speaking with clients on a regular basis)


Work Environment:

All of our consultants and employees work virtually. The opportunity provides a certain amount of flexibility timing and the number of hours worked. Most of our consultants work from home offices and each provides their own computers to work from.

Compensation:

The Advertising Specialist role is a 1099 contractor position that pays an hourly rate based on experience.

While this is a part-time position, there are advancement opportunities (based on performance and position availability), to a full-time, salaried position with benefits.
