Behavioral Health Therapist

We are excited to announce the launch of our new private practice in Colorado, and we're seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Therapists to join our team! Position Overview:

As a Behavioral Health Therapist at our private practice, you will have the opportunity to provide psychotherapy services in individual and group settings. You will manage your own caseload and have access to free supervision hours towards Colorado LPC/LAC licensure requirements. Under the guidance of our Clinical Director, you will develop your skills in a supportive and rewarding environment. These positions will initially be offered as contract (1099) roles, with the potential to transition to permanent (W-2) employment as your caseload grows.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients, focusing on their mental and emotional well-being.
• Work independently while also collaborating effectively with our team.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
• Conduct client sessions, including prevention-oriented therapy.
• Develop and review treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation requirements.
• Contribute to blog articles and website content as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited master's level program, can be seeking supervision hours towards Colorado licensure requirements.
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents and adults, and treating a range of mental and behavioral health conditions, including SUD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, and more.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment UA.
• Must be licensed to clinical provide services in Colorado.

• Competitive pay range of $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.
