Serenity Psychotherapy LLC is looking for a passionate and fully licensed Mental Health Professional to join our growing private practice group in  CA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions to a diverse client caseload
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality client care
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar approaches
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Requirements:
  • Full, unrestricted licensure in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist)
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology
  • Experience providing outpatient therapy in a private practice or clinical setting
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and handle sensitive information with discretion
