Insurance Defense Trial Paralegal (Palm Beach Gardens)

Boutique, high-value case-handling Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated TRIAL PARALEGAL with 4 + years of litigation experience in either bodily injury defense, med-mal or other insurance defense litigation to join its PALM BEACH GARDENS office. We will consider those with only Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Paralegal exeperience as well. (This is a 100% IN OFFICE position - it is not remote/hybrid).

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 4+ years experience as a Plaintiff's or B.I. Defense Trial Paralgeal. You will have helped prepare AT LEAST ten (10) injury cases for trial in FL, including trial binders, designations, motions in limine, other trial motions, etc. If you attended trials, you will be considered for the highest salary.

SALARY: $70,000 to $80,000 per year (we can pay more than this in year 2)

DUTIES: Opening case files, issuing subpoenas / HIPAA authorizations for medical record/bills, drafting demand letters, reviewing and summarizing medical records to prepare medical records summaries / chronologies, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing and answering written discovery, e-filing, legal research, and helping attorneys as their lifeline when it comes to trial prep. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
