Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pre-K Program Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting. As a Pre-K Program Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for our students.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.

- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development.

- Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

- North Carolina Teaching License or eligibility for licensure.

- Minimum of two years of experience teaching in a Pre-K or early childhood classroom.

- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and early childhood curriculum frameworks.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
