The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Studio Manager to join our team and lead the daily operations at our Miami Beach location. In this vital role, you will be the face of Hanu Yoga, championing our core values while inspiring students, mentoring instructors, and driving business growth.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring a premium in-studio experience through immaculate facility standards and superior customer service

- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of yoga instructors and staff, fostering an environment of continuous growth and Hanu’s culture

- Teach a minimum of 6 yoga classes or work a minimum of 6 front desk shifts per week

- Partner with the leadership team to achieve revenue and membership goals through strategic planning and execution 

- Manage staffing, scheduling, retail operations, programming, workshops and events

- Nurture the local yoga community by building connections and marketing Hanu's offerings

- Analyze attendance data and feedback to continually optimize the class schedule and student experience

What You'll Need:

- Minimum 200-hour yoga teacher certification with a passion for personal practice

- 2+ years of management/leadership experience, preferably in the yoga/fitness industry

- Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities 

- Strong operations, organization, and multi-tasking skills

- Business savvy with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals

- Ability to inspire teams and create high energy, positive environments

- Proficiency with technology and openness to continued learning
