The Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of employees in a clinic setting. They oversee the team’s daily tasks and projects and assign work to team members. They also provide guidance and support to team members and help resolve any conflicts that may arise. They may also be responsible for training new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring team members complete their work tasks and helping them when they have questions
• Oversee scheduling, delegating assignments and reviewing completed work.
• Will help company leaders with decisions that affect many areas of the business, such as revising policies, training staff and developing productivity strategies.
• Performs ancillary duties to include medical office support and patient process as required.
• Assists with monitoring all supply orders and inventory control.
• Evaluating employees' job performance
• Collaborating with other managers and departments to maximize efficiency.
• Creating strategies for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Communicating company updates and new information to their teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 Years experience as a Medical Assistant
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written form.
• EMR experience or strong computer skills including Microsoft products.
