An acclaimed ambulance service organization is seeking a team player to join the team as an EMT to provide appropriate, efficient, and timely pre-hospital advanced and basic life support care and transportation of the sick and injured in the Dallas Area. EMT’s Responsibilities

Conduct a thorough examination of the sick or injured patient and assist other medical personnel.
Administer prompt and efficient basic and advanced life support care within the limits of licensure or certifications.
Provide safe and efficient patient transport in the ambulance to the medical facility.
Responsible for full knowledge of the ambulance’s basic life support equipment and its proper use.

EMT’s Qualifications

A High School Diploma/GED or a National or State certification as an Advanced EMT is required.
A current CPR certification through the American Heart Association is required.
A valid and current Driver’s License is required; one must be able to drive large vehicles in normal and adverse conditions.
Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills are required.
