Job Description

PAC is looking for gymnastics coaches to join our team. Pay is based on the coaching experience level.

Qualifications:

Previous experience coaching gymnastics

Desire and passion to make a positive impact on the life of each student

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and co-workers

Effective teaching and coaching skills

Primary responsibilities:

Work with the manager and coaching staff in creating a positive environment for classes

Instruct and develop students

Demonstrate integrity and professionalism

Encourage, support, motivate, and work interactively with coaches and students to develop and implement continued goals

About PAC:

The Palmetto Athletic Center (PAC) is an award-winning After School Care facility in Lexington, SC. In addition to our after school program, we offer Summer Care Camps and a variety of sports and recreational training programs. PAC is a family-run business and our goal is to create a safe, fun, active, and engaging environment for children ages 4-12 years old.
