Production Operator

Job Title: Team member (Vertical Cut, Press operator)

Summary:

A production assembly line worker, your main responsibility is to contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of the Production line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to understand and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.

• Follow the Production line and schedules instruction to complete tasks within given time frames.
• Perform Production/assembly line tasks such as assembling, inspecting, and packaging according to company standards and specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment as trained
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations as trained

Job Specifics:

• Learn to operate the machine assigned to you. Familiarize yourself with its various functions
• Computer use: Use the computer system at your workstation thoroughly. This includes understanding how to log in and select the relevant job you are assigned to.
• It is crucial to pay attention during training sessions so that you can comprehend and apply the information given.
• Computer use: During breaks or when you need to leave your workstation, put your computer on downtime.
• Work order: Understand the work orders provided to you and accurately record them accordingly. For proper documentation and tracking of the tasks you have completed
• Printing labels for the boxes as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to work with diverse group.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor.
• Must have good visual inspection skills.
• Must be able to wear various types of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to adapt flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and plant shut downs.
• Ability to have good eye/hand coordination.
• Ability to be able to lift 40 pounds without assistance.
