Pay starting at $50,000 annually DOE

What to expect as the Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator:

Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting, including social media.
Effectively write and place advertising across all social media platforms
Hire qualified personnel, working closely with hiring managers.
Serve as backup for the Payroll Process
Conduct New Hire Orientation either as a primary or as a co-facilitator.
Enter new hires into ADP systems and eVerify – following up on missing documents.
Complete verification of employment requests
Manage employee access badge system.

Your experience as the Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
One year of recruiting experience
Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources
Solid working knowledge of the ADP system and reporting.
