Boat Delivery Trainer

The Boat Delivery Trainer would provide unparalleled customer service and support to new boat owners. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience as they embark on their boating adventures by providing the knowledge and experience the owners require to safety and enjoyably operate their boat.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough and engaging training sessions for new boat owners on the various systems, electronics, and features of their vessels.

Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical guidance to help customers understand the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of their new boats.

Customize training sessions to accommodate the unique needs and preferences of each customer, ensuring they feel confident and empowered in their boating endeavors.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their boats' functionality or operation.

Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless transition for customers from the sales process to boat delivery and beyond.

Maintain up to date knowledge of boat systems and features of the vessels

• Previous experience in the marine industry.
• In-depth knowledge of boat systems, electronics, and features
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with a passion for providing exceptional service and support.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in training delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Not objectionable to working outside

Position Type:

This is a full-time or part-time position, depending on business needs, with varying hours based on boat cleaning schedules.
