Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Pay Range: $25-$35 DOE

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Mechanical Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and calibrate electrical and mechanical systems and equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
  • CNC Machinery maintenance is a plus!
  • Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system failures or malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify and implement equipment modifications or upgrades.
  • Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of electrical and mechanical systems to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Document test results, maintenance activities, and equipment performance using designated systems or software.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training in electrical or mechanical technology is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, systems, and components.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Experience with electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
