Sales Consultant - Faribault Tire

Faribault Tire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales consultant to join our team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We offer a fun environment with a dedicated team that aspires to provide exceptional customer service.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet customers, and assist them with scheduling service appointments
• Clearly communicate service recommendations and estimated costs to customers
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on tire products and services
• Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle repairs
• Collaborate with service technicians, and other departments throughout the company.
• Process payments and handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Experience using a multi-line telephone system
• Ability to constantly make and receive telephone calls throughout the workday
• Knowledge of automotive products and services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive products and services preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
