Job Description

This is a full-time remote (East Coast) role for a Finance & Accounting Specialist. The Finance & Accounting Specialist will be responsible for the company's accounting, clerical, and administrative tasks and services in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner relating to processing and maintenance of Accounts Payable as well as Accounts Receivable transactions and reporting. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to special projects and the gathering and reporting of employees’ timesheets and payroll processing in accordance with established practices and guidelines, as well as human resources support. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of expectations and execution. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
