Restaurant Barback

Welcome to Sirens Bar & Grill, where everything is fun and funky! We are looking for a full- or part-time Restaurant Barback to join our team. The pay for this position is $5.26 per hour plus tips for an average compensation of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. SIRENS BAR & GRILL: OUR MISSION

Our dockside restaurant and private club offer innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an outdoor open-air kitchen, where the kitchen staff work while enjoying views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. In addition to great food, we have giant outdoor games and live music that help create a fun, playful atmosphere.

Sirens Bar and Grill is family-owned, and the owners live on the property, making them readily available to help when needed. YOUR ROLE AS A RESTAURANT BARBACK

As an entry-level Restaurant Barback at Sirens Bar & Grill, you're the one responsible for setting up everything before we open and making sure we're ready to serve. During your shift, you stay busy filling up juices, changing kegs, cutting fruit, and a bunch of other stuff. Our bartenders need your help to keep the bar stocked and clean, so we're counting on you to lend a hand whenever they need you. On top of that, you're also in charge of some cleaning tasks, like wiping down the bar, taking dirty dishes to the kitchen, and sweeping and mopping the floor. Without you, we can't function efficiently - let's kill it together!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESTAURANT BARBACK

• 18+ years old
• People skills
• Positive attitude

Barback experience would be a plus, but it's not required.
