Non CDL Delivery Driver/Warehouse Team Member

Boise based BA Fischer Sales Company is looking for a Non CDL Delivery Driver/Warehouse person to join our team. This full-time position works directly with our Sales team to deliver agricultural irrigation parts to our dealers. Deliveries take place several times a week depending upon order volume. When not out on delivery, your time will be spent working with our warehouse team picking and shipping UPS and LTL loads.

Your delivery vehicle will be a 2022 Ram 3500 pickup towing a 20’ tandem axle flatbed trailer licensed at 26,000 lbs. You will be responsible for keeping your equipment clean, serviced and ready to use. This position will average 40 to 45 hours a week with no overnight trips and only one or two Saturdays worked each year.

Starting Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 hr depending on experience, 5% Raise after 60-day probation.

This position will pay you more than $44,000 plus benefits in first year!

Requirements for this position:

· Current driver’s license

· Clean driving record

· Proven trailer towing experience

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check (before hiring)

· Must be able to pass driver background check (before hiring)

· Be able to pass and obtain a DOT Medical Certificate

· Have experience tying down trailer loads

· Excellent communication skills to communicate with teammates and customers

· Keep your equipment clean

· Physically fit to load your truck and trailer, and be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.

· Have a team mentality to work with everyone at our facility and provide great service to our customers

· You must be reliable

· Able to read, write and do math

· Want to be part of a great team

· Legally authorized to work in USA

· High School Diploma or equivalent
