Job Description:

Our case manager provides mental health services to children and adolescents as a part of a community-based treatment team. The position provides an opportunity for rewarding work with families in need of mental health support, consultation with dedicated colleagues, and many growth opportunities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management, including an assessment of needs of the child/adolescent and family
  • Active collaboration with community providers and services
  • Using therapeutic skills
  • Consultation with medication providers, clinical staff
  • Developing treatment plans utilizing an electronic medical record

Requirements: Working with children and families providing case management preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university.
