Job description

Adolescent Counselor - Part-Time
Location: High Focus Centers - Exton, PA

High Focus Centers is a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive and individualized care through our specialized programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Adolescent Counselor to join our Exton clinical team. This role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Schedule & Hours

  • Part-Time, approximately 15-20 hours per week
  • Evening availability required (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
  • Weekend hours available based on program needs and candidate availability

Position Overview
The Adolescent Counselor will be responsible for:

  • Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions for adolescents
  • Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans
  • Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress
  • Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination
  • Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
  • Completion of a clinical-based internship or practicum

  • Experience providing therapy to adolescents in outpatient settings
