Clarity Wellness Community is a progressive not-for-profit organization providing behavioral health services in Allegany and Wyoming counties. Our mission is to empower people with care, connections, and support for a lifetime of choice.

We are seeking full-time Clinical Counselors to support children, adults, or families on their path to wellness. This role offers a dynamic, person-centered clinical setting with opportunities for growth and impact.

Location: Arcade, Warsaw, Wellsville, or school satellite offices (Allegany & Wyoming Counties)

Pay: $58,500 - $64,500

Sign on bonus: up to $3,000

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)

Work Location: In-person with hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete initial assessments to establish rapport and determine medical necessity.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy, family therapy, or therapeutic groups.
  • Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
  • Collaborate with other providers and community supports to aid clients in their recovery.

Qualifications

Clinical Counselor I & II

  • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field.
  • NYS licensure or permit required, we can help with that.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply! - Multiple funding opportunities available to help with student loan debt.

Clinical Counselor III

  • LCSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege + 5 years of experience.
  • Clinical supervision experience and advanced training in evidence-based approaches.

All Levels:

  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must be licensed or license-eligible in NYS.
