Hiring Pediatric LVN/RN Trach & Vent Nurses - North Houston/Spring/Willowbrook

Cases we have available:

· 6 y/o GB & T/V patient available Sat 7p-7a (77066) 

· 1 m/o GB/Bipap (via vent) patient available Fri 7a-3p after 5/24 (77022) 

· 6 y/o GB/Trach/HME/CPAP (at Night) patient available E/O Sat & Sun 7a-7p (77388)

Responsibilities:

· Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.

· Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.

· Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.

· Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.

· Educate the family on medical care and training.

Qualifications:

· Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.

· American Red Cross CPR certification required.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).

· Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds

· The ability to work in a home environment.

· EMR charting (no paper notes)
