Job Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting for field positions.
- On-boarding of all new hires.
- Handling all employee relations.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience working in an applicant tracking system.
