Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of aligning technology initiatives with strategic business objectives. Your pivotal role involves assessing, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to drive organizational efficiency and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, management, and stakeholders, to enhance efficiency and decision-making within the organization. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will propose and implement solutions that enhance operational performance and facilitate informed decision-making.

Your Pay and Benefits

Starting salary of $80,000 to $100,000 (depending on experience)
Monday through Friday schedule
28 days of PTO (20 days of paid time off, 7 paid holidays, 1 paid flex holiday)

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Work closely with development teams to design solutions
Create detailed system requirements, use cases, and user stories
Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
Participate in project planning, scoping, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
Assist in change impact assessments
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions as needed
Support the adoption of new processes and technologies
Review and assess existing business operations, workflows, and systems
Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
Propose process improvements and automation opportunities

Required SkillsWhat You’ll Need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field required
Professional background in healthcare is preferred
Prior Salesforce development experience required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT specific projects
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • In-depth knowledge in managing multiple competing priorities
Highly skilled at analyzing business processes, facilitating teams, crafting, and presenting business cases, and managing communications across the organization
