Manufacturing Technician

Join our team at Twin City Staffing, a premier provider of pneumatic pipe plugs and testing equipment for the storm drain and sewer construction industry, dedicated to manufacturing excellence. We're in search of a detail-oriented individual capable of hand-laying precut material on aluminum mandrels to construct products according to precise specifications. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in our production process, ensuring that our products consistently uphold the highest standards of quality and precision.

Location: Hanover, MN

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Hours: Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm - 12 am

Responsibilities of the builder / manufacturing technician:

• Cutting and assembling precut kits to create raw plug bodies in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), utilizing print readings, basic math skills, and procedural adherence.
• Loading raw plugs into molds and applying necessary pressure as per requirements.
• Extracting fully cured plugs from molds upon completion of the curing cycle.

Skills and Requirements of the builder / manufacturing technician:

• Strict adherence to all company safety regulations and policies.
• Capability to interpret drawings and adhere to written instructions effectively.
• Proficiency in utilizing a tape measure and various hand tools, as well as familiarity with specialized tools provided by the company.
