We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing our customer service, returns, and in-for-service teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our valued customers. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations, coaching and mentoring team members, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer service experience.
This position will lead and supervise members of the customer service team, and monitor team performance. This position will develop performance KPIs and metrics to be utilized for team development and department strategizing. Developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency to better support internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 5+ proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Experience working in merchandising products and selling directly to consumers.
- Background working with automotive parts a plus.
