Digital Marketing Ads and Strategy Specialist

Position Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will put your skills and ingenuity to use by completing client tasks and helping to develop strategy. Once the clients’ goals are understood, campaigns are created and tasked out within project management software that align with fulfillment. Tasks will be made for you and it will be your responsibility for managing your time and ensuring deliverables are met.

Our main focus and strong suit is running ad campaigns, content creation and website development. But also, being tied to the news properties of Source Media, media and messaging.

Source Brand Solutions (SBS) is a certified Story Brand Agency, part of your role would be understanding the SB framework and philosophies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Digital marketing strategy

• Campaign brainstorming

• Backend site work

• SEO

• Facebook and social advertising

• PPC

• Email marketing

• Photo / video shoots
• Content creation 
• Analytics and Reporting 

Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience working with marketing clients -- agency experience definitely a plus
• Foundation of general digital marketing knowledge
• Experience with Teamwork or other project management (PM) software 
• Keeps up-to-date with current trends for brands online
• Versatile in various physical and digital mediums
• Knowledge of “Storybrand” or content marketing strategy a plus

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or related field is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

This position is $50K. Applicants are eligible for health, dental and vision coverage, vacation and paid time off, paid maternity and paternity leave, technology and mobile phone reimbursement and 401(k).

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid remote. We are in the Mansfield, Ohio, downtown office Monday and Thursday, remote rest of the week. Applicants must live in Ohio or intend to live in Ohio.
