Personal Lines Insurance Marketing Manager

Join our team as a Personal Lines Insurance Marketing Manager, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients are fully covered, combining the best protection with great value. You’ll be diving deep into policy analysis, understanding our client’s unique needs, and guiding them through their insurance journey with expertise and care.

Locations: Northern California - 100% Remote (Work from home)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing of personal insurance lines, driving new business and nurturing client loyalty.
  • ·Analyze industry trends and partner with our team to enhance our offerings.
  • Serve as the pivotal link between the producers and other departments, ensuring specialized coverage quotes are seamlessly managed.
  • Support the producers with crucial pre-underwriting info, policy analysis, and presentation prep.
  • Forge strong, professional relationships with insurance company underwriters through effective negotiations and strategic risk submissions.
  • Oversee marketing efforts for specific locations.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Account Management, Account Marketing with an insurance brokerage.
  • Property & Casualty License.
  • A strong communicator, capable of crafting clear reports and presentations.
  • A critical thinker who can evaluate solutions and make informed decisions.
  • Confidence and the ability to interact professionally across all company levels.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service, able to handle challenges with grace and efficiency.
  • A team player, eager to develop others and contribute to a supportive working environment.
  • Solid numerical skills for handling calculations and analyses.
  • Organizational prowess, capable of juggling multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Leadership qualities, ready to guide and inspire your team towards achieving excellence.
