Laborer - Lawn Maintenance

Maxwell Construction Group, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is in search of an experienced Laborer - Lawn Maintenance to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mowing, edging, and debris cleanup in lawn areas to ensure 100% maintenance completion at each property.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. If you are a dependable and industrious individual seeking a meaningful role within a supportive team, we are eager to connect with you.

$15 - $17 hourly

• Perform regular maintenance tasks on outdoor lawns in the community of Jacksonville, FL
• Utilize lawn mowing equipment and various hand tools to care for lawns effectively
• Aid in specialized installation project
• Transport installation materials to job sites when required by the supervisor

• Minimum of 1 year experience in landscape maintenance is required
• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are essential
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be a hard worker, and pay high attention to detail
• Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills are necessary for this role
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Comfortable with driving long distances around Metro Jacksonville
• Being bilingual in English/Spanish is considered a bonus
