Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing, planning, and managing the facilities and maintenance services at assigned building. They will be handling the general upkeep of the facility, such as utilities oversight and equipment / building maintenance and repair.

What are we looking for?

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be experienced in technical writing.
• Competent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
• Project management experience a plus and familiarity with electronic maintenance management systems (CMMS).
