Sleever Operator 3rd Shift

Join the Arcadia Beverage team as a Sleever Operator and lead our dynamic production facility to new heights of success! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our vibrant team. This is a third shift position with hours from 10pm - 6:30am, Monday through Friday with eligibility of a 12% shift differential.

What You'll Do:

• Cross training on various roles within the facility and machines
• Efficiently operate and changeover the Sleever in a timely manner
• Understand all aspects of Sleever functions
• Controlling and adjusting machine settings for maximum efficiency
• Maintain OEE standards
• Fill out proper documentation as required
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
• Effectively communicate operational issues with Leadership Team
• Operate the machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow and monitor all guidelines and procedures
• Work together with small teams to plan and execute daily on production needs
• Inspect assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards
• Follow company procedures regarding safety and quality
