Whether it's selling a home, searching for a home, or negotiating a contract, each member of the William Hagan Group is an experienced real estate professional who applies their expert skills to each step of the process to help each client achieve an outstanding result.

Responsibilities

• Drive the database
• Manage, monitor, and audit CRM database daily
• Design and implement CRM campaigns (33 touches, 8x8, 12 direct) to increase referrals and conversion
• Build and manage aftercare engagement plans for past clients
• Plan and manage client events
• Maintain the Homekeeper App database
• Generate Leads through Marketing Platforms
• Develop overall marketing strategy and execution
• Build & manage marketing calendar
• Drive engagement with Team websites
• Responsible for all social media content & engagement (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Manage marketing budget

Qualifications

• High school graduate; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of marketing experience
• Database management & CRM experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
• Proficient with Social Media Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter
• Video, Tiktok, and Instagram Reels experience a plus
• Proficient in Canva or other graphic design programs

Compensation

$50,000+bonus
