Water/Lavatory Driver

G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Lav/Water Driver operations in San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

 Pay Rate: $22.72 per hour

Job Type: Full time

What does an Lav/Water Driver do?

• Serve the needs of the individual airline and the associated servicing requirements of the aircraft in accordance with individual airline and Ground G2 Services’ policies and procedures
• Operate a lavatory truck, for purpose of servicing aircraft lavatories.
• Perform direct lift truck movement and positioning in the Airport
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)

What skills are required to Join the Team?

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum one-year Cabin/Ramp/Aircraft experience
• Ability to understand the correct system operations
• Previous driving experience of tractor trailers, box trucks, buses, etc. - Preferred
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent education Required
• Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
• Must have valid driver’s license 
• Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
• Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions as it relates to the role 

Language Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
• Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
