Job Description

We are hiring an Entry Level Composite Production Worker to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as learn how to make a variety of products from composites. Through our in-house training program you will be trained in a variety of skills and earn pay increases with each skill learned.

Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment
Enter our in-house training program, the more you learn the more you earn
Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
Make a variety of composite products
Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

No previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
Eager to learn new skills
Good work ethic
Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
