- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions swiftly and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred.
