Concrete Construction Project Support Coordinator

Concrete construction company in far SW Houston (Richmond) is seeking a Concrete Project Support Coordinator. Responsibilities include the following:

• Demonstrate extensive plan reading and comprehensive skills as well as structural concrete construction processes.
• Managing the submittal process as needed for projects including the request of submittals from suppliers and vendors, review of all submittals, forwarding them to General Contractor and returning back to suppliers and vendors all in a timely manner. Maintain a submittal log and submittal schedule and coordinating deliveries with the Superintendents as needed.
• Review addenda, RFI’s, ASI’s or any other plan revisions, distribute to field and communicate as needed with the Superintendents, General Contractors or Owners and conduct periodic site visits
• Provide additional support as needed including estimating and scheduling.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in structural elevated concrete construction

Education: BA Construction Management

Software: Excel ®, Word ®, Project ®, Bluebeam/Revu, PlanSwift, Procore, Autodesk/PlanGrid, Adobe, AutoCad

Salary: 85k to start but commensurate with experience

Work hours: 8am-5pm (earlier or later as needed)
