Responsibilities

• Supporting producers in an account manager role
• Preparing certificates
• Processing endorsements
• Processing renewals, preparing proposals
• Working directly with underwriters on renewals, applications and new business submissions
• Ability to articulate coverage and policy information to clients

Requirements/Qualifications

• Active property and casualty license
• Independent insurance agency experience
• 5+ years of experience as a commercial insurance account manager
• AMS360 experience preferred
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask a busy desk
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable on the phone
