Lead Maintenance Technician

A Local Property Management Company has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned maintenance supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations at several of our local residential/commercial buildings. Qualified candidates will have no less than 5 years of skilled maintenance experience. Duties will include maintaining a large property within the South Towns. This is a unique position requiring travel for day-to-day operations and will require an individual with many skills, abilities, reliability, & must be trustworthy.
Required Skills:
- Supervising Experience: 1 year
- Property Maintenance: 5 years
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday with on call duties
Pay: $30 per hour
