HVAC Lead Installer

At TRC Heating & Air we provide HVAC, Water Heater, and Electrical Panel Replacements. We are 1 of 8 companies in the area that are listed on the SMUD Home Performance List. Since we are in partnership with SMUD and Tech Clean California, we stay busy all year round. We have been in business since 1985 & are family orientated. We need a well-rounded individual, who is enthusiastic and driven to be the best. Looking for a Lead Install Tech who has experience with leading a crew. We are hiring for your attitude and abilities.

Compensation:

$28 to $45 hourly (Lead Installer)

Employment Type:

Full time. Monday - Friday (Some weekends - Saturdays)

What you will do:

• Perform physical labor to complete tasks such as: removing and installing ducting, copper lines, low/high voltage wires, and more
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Effectively clean up customer's home for positive reviews
• Restore property to original condition as it was found
• Work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
• Crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs

What you have:

• Valid CA driver's license and clean DMV record
• Ability to perform all work safely and in compliance with Company policy
• Strong work ethic - highly self-motivated with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Attention to detail
