Lead Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to join our team! The Lead Enterprise Architect (EA) will provide senior-level technical expertise, management, and leadership to the Enterprise Architecture team; manage EA resource utilization and team integration; provide regular project updates, and performance and status reports; and manage the EA schedule and deliverables.  This position does allow for remote work; however, candidate must be in the Montgomery, Alabama area for onsite meetings or technical support.

Qualifications

• Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
• Working knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiative
• 3+ years of experience working with business SMEs and analyzing business processes to understand process, actor, task, information input & output, etc.
• 3+ years of experience creating, editing, and/or reviewing enterprise architecture models and artifacts using of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), or similar frameworks and modeling standards.
• 3+ years of experience managing, creating, editing, reviewing, and reporting on enterprise architecture using an industry standard enterprise architecture tool.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0, and the CMS Seven Standards and Conditions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• On-call support may be required to support operational service to meet contractual service level performance requirements.
• Government Security Clearance and background check required
