Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! Leading manufacturer of custom butt weld fittings. Servicing those in the oil industry. This position will be hands on preforming hands-on machinery maintenance and work in a team of maintenance technicians responsible for machine and equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and facilities upkeep.

Please be advised, this is not an entry level position and will require you to have appropriate knowledge and skill in field (Stated in description below)

Responsibilities:

• Preform Senior Level Mechanical and electrical repairs on production and facility related repairs
• Preform inspection, start up, and troubleshooting of plant machinery
• Read and understand mechanical schematics, drawings for hydraulics/electrical
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Preventative maintenance with supervisors and plant staff
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations as well as functionality of machinery and maintenance repairs
• Track maintenance supply inventories to ensure materials are on hand for maintenance needs and order parts as required (Computer literacy required/preferred)
• Safely operate tools and equipment needed during the repair and servicing equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• 5 Years of Machinery maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical, industrial, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize and work from blueprints/drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must have knowledge of single and three phase electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems, including air compressors
• Organization skills to facilitate parts management, equipment files, and time management
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movement including but not limited to; Walking, bending, stooping, crouching, leaning, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, climbing and other activity
• Able to lift 50LBS
• Preform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that may include hot zones for extended periods of time, may include work in environment where dust is present
