UPP Global is a growing full-service parking management company with expertise in all verticals of parking. We are active in 8 states along the Eastern Seaboard with over 300 locations! We are looking for a multiple Full- and Part-Time Valet Parking Attendants who are available to work at highly rated establishments in downtown Miami neighborhoods such as Wynwood and other nearby districts. Position Quick Facts:

• Hiring Valets that are available to cover the following Evening/Night shifts: 5pm - 12pm and 8pm - 3am.
• The shifts needed covered are a mix of weekdays and weekend days - Weekend availability is highly preferred.
• Earn $18 - $20/hour or more (base hourly wage plus CASH TIPS). The tips a valet can accrue during an 8 hour shift are comparable to a server or bartender, and can reach triple digits $ in a busy shift where excellent guest experience is the focus!
• In Addition, we are also looking for Parking Lot Attendants to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 2pm, fulfilling duties at an Office parking lot, carrying out customer service and enforcement duties.

Job Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients
• Provide exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner (The "Guest Experieince")
• Be responsible for parking and retrieving guests vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner
• Assist guests with service, directions, taxis, reservations, information about meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility and other inquiries as needed
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the day
• Must provide excellent customer service
• Must have good hand-eye coordination, as driving is required for a duration of the shift
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
• Must possess a current, valid drivers’ license, as you will be driving for a portion of your duties
• Must have a good work ethic and be a team player
• Must maintained and groomed, professional appearance
• Must be willing/able to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check
• Manual Transmission a plus.
