Industrial Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Industrial Maintenance Technicians to work for a company based in Plant City, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for servicing production and facility equipment (both electrical and mechanical) and performing general and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Pay Rate:
$22.00- $31.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and hours
Sunday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM; must be able to work overtime

Industrial Maintenance Technicians Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
- Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical control field to include PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearing, chains and belting, conveying systems and valves.
- Maintain a variety of electrical and electronic equipment by repairing, servicing, and replacing components such as relays, circuit breakers, motors, wiring and circuit board
- Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policy, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Industrial Maintenance Technicians Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing industry
- Experienced in general and preventative maintenance/repair of industrial production equipment including analysis and diagnostics
- Knowledgeable of local codes and regulations
- Knowledge of PLC and CPU
- Experienced with all working tools, AC / DC electrical systems, calibrated measuring instruments, hydraulic/pneumatic and conveyor systems.
- Able to read and interpret diagrams, charts, drawing, schematics, and blueprints.
