We are actively hiring a Software Tester with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Mission Technology Division working in Chantilly, VA. You will perform front end and regression testing in a fast-paced environment. You can expect heavy Jira usage for requirements, daily tickets, and dashboards to track sprint activities. As SW Tester, you will work closely with developers to understand new features or modifications to existing code. You will work together with the team in Fast 2-week sprint cycles. You will also prepare for sprint demonstrations and occasionally facilitate the demo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide software quality assurance to an agile software development team as a test engineer for a government web application
• Test software enhancements, user stories, bugs, edge cases, and operational workflows
• Create and execute test plans for Minimum Value Increment (MVI) software functionality/features/user stories and regression tests
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and Sprint planning activities with Software Developers, Technical Deliver Managers (TDM) and customer leads
• Utilize Jira software for issue tracking, Confluence software for management of test plans, and Jenkins to promote software builds for deployment to the Test and Production environments
• Utilize JAWS software to test software accessibility for visually impaired end-users
• Familiar with Lean Agile methodology

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Strong front-end & regression testing experience in a fast-paced development workshop
• Strongly desire experience with FidOS, Confluence, and OneNote
• Experience with Jenkins for promoting & deploying code to Test environment
