 VEOLIA is immediately seeking a MATERIAL HANDLER/DEPACK to join their Menomonee Falls Team!

Description:

The Material Handler/Depack provides specialized hazard determination and consolidation of chemical waste materials. This role works almost exclusively outdoors in the elements and is responsible for testing, consolidation, packaging, spill response, labeling, loading/unloading, coordinating transportation, and sampling/profiling material while adhering to state and federal environmental, health, & safety regulations.   This role is tasked with regularly sampling waste streams according to prescribed policies and procedures.  The Material Handler/Depack maintains a professional image to clients by answering inquiries and suggesting solutions to existing or potential problems.  They regularly operate and maintain all equipment in a professional manner to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

o   Must have High School diploma OR GED

o   Must have a valid Driver’s License

o   Ability to work independently & in a team and communicate effectively

o   Must be clean-shaven (for respirator mask)

o   Must be able/willing to work outdoors in a variety of elements

o   Ability to pass a background check, drug test, & physical
