PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of insulation in Maiden, NC.

We are now hiring Maintenance Technician who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Maintenance Technician Job Summary

Pay ranges from $22 to $26 an hour
Day Shift 6AM to 6PM on rotating schedule
install, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and electronic assemblies and systems.
Machinery preventative maintenance, failure repairs, cleaning, and production lot setup. Work with shift members to accomplish task as scheduled in an efficient and safe manner.
Support the machine operation and production efficiency.
Knowledge and skills in reading and interpreting schematic diagrams, ladder logic
diagrams, operational manuals, and program documentation to understand the working
operation and to assist in troubleshooting machinery circuits and systems.
Troubleshoot, disassemble, and assemble, electronic systems components, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, fans, pumps, gearbox assemblies, motors and drives.
Knowledge of plant utility systems including Electrical Power system, water supply, waste discharge, sprinklers systems, fire suppression systems, filtration systems. Perform PM on plant production and support equipment.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

Knowledge of codes and regulations pertaining to electrical/electronic related activities
Must adhere to ALL safety rules and procedures
Be familiar with hand and power tools, personnel lifts, forklifts, hoisting and rigging,
stationary power tools, pipe threading and bending tools and specialty tools
Must be able to stand, squat, bend, kneel through the duration of shift
Comfortable with heavy lifting and climbing
Must be able to work in dusty, wet, hot, or cold conditions
Must be available on call
